Pasadena Dance Festival
Thursday, Feb. 20 – Saturday, Feb. 22
Locations throughout Pasadena
Hosted by the Pasadena-based Lineage Dance Company, this festival shows no signs of slowing down as it enters its seventh year and now spans two weekends. Dust off those tap shoes and throw up those jazz hands, as this event emphasizes participation from the audience, as well as hosts a day of free classes and workshops on Saturday, beginning at 9 a.m. But don’t feel too intimated by the performances you watch, as the stage is shared by emerging choreographers, pre-professionals and professional dance companies alike.
Friday, Feb. 21, 8 p.m.
