USC Security Roundup


The following incidents were reported in the USC Department of Public Safety incident report summary between Wednesday, Sept. 30, and Thursday, Oct. 1. 

Crimes against property

At 10:52 a.m. on Sept. 30, a non-USC male reported that the front passenger door of his vehicle was scratched while he was parked at the Keck Hospital of USC.

Miscellaneous incidents

At 6:40 a.m. on Sept. 30, an intoxicated student was found sleeping in another student’s bed in Moon Apartments. The student did not remember entering the apartment when contacted by DPS officers and was released into the care of her friends.

At 8:01 a.m. on Sept. 30, two students were transported to a local hospital after sustaining injuries in an accident. One of the students drove his vehicle into a wall and another parked vehicle in Parking Structure D, causing moderate damage.
