  1.     Carrot & Orange Juice 

– ¼ cup of cold water

– ¾ cup of orange juice (freshly squeezed if you want)

– ½ cup of baby carrots

– 2 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

– Some ice for serving (optional)

Combine all ingredients together and blend on low speed until everything is well incorporated.

  1.     Good Old-fashioned Lemonade 

– 1 cup of cold water

– 1 – 2 tablespoon of brown sugar

– 2 small and juicy limes (or lemons)

– A few ice cubes for serving

Add all ingredients in a mason jar, close the lid and shake until well combined. Add some ice and enjoy!

  1.     Ice Blended Mocha 

Coffee Bean inspired.

– crushed ice à Place some ice cubes on a damp kitchen towel, hit it with a meat tenderizing or – something non-breakable that you can use.

– 6 tbsp of brewed coffee (at room temperature)

– 6 tbsp of 2% milk

– 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

– 1-2 tbsp of granulated white sugar

– whipped cream for garnish

Add all the ingredients to a blender, cover and blend until smooth.

  1.     Icy Peanut Butter and Banana Delight 

– 1 small banana peeled and sliced

– crushed ice cubes

– 1 cup of milk

– 1-2 tablespoon(s) of sugar (optional)

– 1 tsp of cinnamon to garnish

Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until well incorporated.

  1.     Mint Pineapple 

4 mint leaves

1 cup of pineapple

1 cup of water

1- 2 tbsp of granulated white sugar

Mash the mint leaves and ¾ of the pineapple in a mason jar, add the remaining ingredients and mix them together, add some ice cubes and enjoy!
