Hannah Leibson, a sophomore majoring in political science receives the Elizabeth Garrett Award Thursday night, which will help fund Leibson’s internship at the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C. this summer. The newest award from the Jesse M. Unruh Institute recognizes a female student who exemplifies leadership, public service and scholarship.
