Suspect arrested in Halloween shooting
A man in conjunction with a shooting that occurred on campus Wednesday night has been arrested, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The Los Angeles Times reported the man’s identity as 19-year-old Brandon Spencer, a security guard from Inglewood, and said he has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
