The following incidents were reported in the USC Dept. of Public Safety incident report summary between Monday, April 22, and Wednesday, April 23. 

Crimes against a person

at 2:44 p.m. on April 23, two students reported that another student had been making inappropriate contact with them at the Gwynn Wilson Student Union.

Crimes against property

at 4:47 p.m. on April 23, a non-USC male reported that his skateboard was run over by a university vehicle near the intersection of 36th Place and Vermont Avenue.

Miscellaneous incidents

at 6:26 p.m. on April 23, a student at 1226 Adams Blvd. was transported to California Hospital for medical treatment after she burned herself by spilling hot water on her stomach.

at 1:17 p.m. on April 22, two staff members at Parkside Residential College reported that they confronted a suspect who they observed prowling. The suspect then left the building and could not be found by DPS.

at 11:06 a.m. on April 22, a staff member reported that unidentified subjects had been using the weight room of the Galen Center after hours without permission.

CORRECTION

“University station receives $1 million” (April 24) incorrectly stated that the KDFC and KUSC radio stations are the largest and most listened to stations. The article should have said that KDFC and KUSC are two of the largest and most listened to stations.
