The following incidents were reported in the USC Dept. of Public Safety incident report summary between Monday, Sept. 23, and Wednesday, Sept. 25. 

Crimes against property

at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 24, a student reported that his bicycle was missing at Pertusati University Bookstore.

at 12:53 p.m. on Sept. 24, a suspect  entered the Norris Dental Science Center and removed two unattended dental tools.

Miscellaneous incidents

at 9:51 a.m. on Sept. 23, a student at 1352 29th St. reported that her bicycle was missing.

at 11:59 a.m. on Sept. 23, a suspect removed a wallet from an unattended purse in Stonier Hall.

at 3:27 p.m. on Sept. 23, a staff member reported that a padlock on her locker at Keck Hospital of USC was damaged.

at 5:33 p.m. on Sept. 23, a suspect removed a laptop and tablet from a backpack in a laboratory in the Seaver Science Center.

at 10:35 a.m. on Sept. 24, an LAFD RA Unit examined a student who had fainted at the Ronald Tutor Campus Center. The student was released at the scene.

at 2:59 p.m. on Sept. 24,  DPS responded to a counselor at Engemann Student Health Center who requested an escort for a student who needed psychiatric care. Officers transported the student to the facility. Then she was released into the care of staff on the premises.

at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 24, DPS and LAFD Unit #15 responded to a fire in a dumpster behind Phi Gamma Delta. The fire was extinguished without incident.

at 8:33 p.m. on Sept. 24, DPS officers responded to a student who sustained a cut to his foot after falling while riding his bike near the Registration Building. After examining the student officers transported him to the Student Health Center.
