The following incidents were reported in the USC Dept. of Public Safety incident report summary from Tuesday, Feb. 18.

Crimes against a person

at 3:23 p.m. on Feb. 18, a student at Fairmont Apartments complained about receiving multiple offensive text messages from a person she did not know.

Crimes against property

at 9:18 a.m. on Feb. 18, a suspect broke into a garage at 1300 29th St. and stole a bicycle and laptop computer.

at 12:03 p.m. on Feb. 18, a dental student at the Eileen and Kenneth T. Norris Dental Science Center reported two dental instruments to be missing.

at 8:28 p.m. on Feb. 18, a bike that had been secured to a bike rack was reported missing from outside of 530 W. 27th St.
