The following incidents were reported in the USC Department of Public Safety incident report summary on Tuesday, April 15.

Crimes against property

at 3:46 P.m. on April 15, it was reported to DPS that someone had poured glue over the screen and keyboard over a student’s laptop computer at Watt Hall.

At 5:55 P.M. on April 15, DPS received a report that the left side view mirror and turn signal were damaged at Shrine Place Apartments when a student’s scooter was knocked over while it was parked.

At 10:04 P.M on April 15, a student reported her bicycle as missing.

Miscellaneous incidents

at 2:36 P.m. on April 15, DPS received a report that approximately 20 students were blocking a hallway in Bovard Administration Building while they were conducting a protest. An administrator who had arrived on the scene advised students that they would face suspension for disrupting university business operations if they did not leave the hallway. The students left a few hours later.

At 4:14 P.M. on April 15, it was reported to DPS that a staff member had been struck by a bicyclist while walking near the intersection of Childs Way and Watt Way. The staff member had sustained a leg injury, and was taken to California Hospital by an Los Angeles Fire Department RA unit.

At 9:27 P.M. on April 15, DPS cited a fraternity to judicial affairs after members refused to comply with DPS officers following a noise complaint.
