The following incidents were reported in the USC Dept. of Public Safety incident report summary between Thursday, April 17, and Friday, April 18.
Crimes against property
At 2:13 P.M. on April 17, DPS received a report from a non-USC female that her driver’s side door was damaged while parked at the Health Sciences Campus.
at 2:55 p.m. on April 17, a female non-USC student reported to DPS that a suspect was trying to cut a bike lock with bolt cutters outside the Von KleinSmid Center. The suspect walked away after being confronted by the female and was unable to be found during a later search by DPS officers.
at 1:34 a.m. on April 18, a student at the 901 Bar and Grill reported to DPS that his glasses were damaged after an unknown female took them off his face and threw them into a crowd of people after he spilled his drink on her.
Miscellaneous incidents
at 9:05 a.m. on April 17, DPS officers responded to a report of a non-USC male tripping and falling at the Kenneth Norris Jr. Cancer Hospital. The male was not injured.
at 12:02 P.m. on April 17, DPS officers responded to a student experiencing stomach cramps, nausea and lightheadedness at Kaprielian Hall. The student was examined by the Responsive Ambulance unit and was transported to California Hospital for treatment.
