Bucky Irving puts a sword in the Trojans’ chest with a touchdown on the first play of the fourth quarter. USC is trailing by three scores.

We’re reporting live from Autzen Stadium. Refresh to see new updates.

    Some further reading:

    11:11 p.m.

    Ducks win.

It’s a 36-27 final here in Eugene. The Trojan offense surges back into the game late, but it’s not enough to overcome the defense’s early game struggles. Trojans are now eliminated from Pac-12 championship game contention.

    11:05 p.m.

Denis Lynch’s onside kick falls into the hands of the Duck hands team. Would take a miracle for the Trojans to be able to come back now.

    11:01 p.m.

    TOUCHDOWN TROJANS.

The Trojans surprise the Duck defense with a run play, and Austin Jones scampers into the end zone for a 13-yard touchdown. USC misses the two point try, however, keeping it a two score game at 36-27 with not much time left.

    10:55 p.m.

Caleb Williams throws a strike to Brenden Rice, who breaks multiple tackles for a 37-yard gain, and the Trojan offense is in business.

    10:50 p.m.

A dropped pass from Tez Johnson sets up a 41-yard field goal attempt for Camden Lewis. The kick is no good as Williams and company will get the ball back on their own 23-yard line down by 15 points.

    10:46 p.m.

The Ducks are running wild. A screen pass to Terrance Ferguson sets up Oregon in the red zone, again. Bo Nix is up to 402 yards on the game.

    10:37 p.m.

    TOUCHDOWN TROJANS.

Caleb Williams finds Brenden Rice in the end zone for a Trojan touchdown on a 4th & goal. This is Williams first passing touchdown of the game.

    10:28 p.m.

On a 4th & 4 with the Trojans’ back against the wall, the Ducks get a pass interference penalty called on them that the crowd did not agree with to extend the Trojans drive on their own 46-yard line.

    10:18 p.m.

    Touchdown Ducks.

With Autzen literally shaking, Bucky Irving rushes for a 19-yard touchdown to suck the soul out of the USC football team. The Ducks lead 36-14.

    10:14 p.m.

    End of the third quarter.

The Ducks still lead the Trojans 29-14, as they’re driving into Trojan territory with a shot of making this game out of reach for USC. With the season on the line, the Trojans desperately need a stop on this possession.

    10:08 p.m.

    Fumble recovery for the Ducks.

Caleb Williams and Austin Jones have some issues and Williams fumbles the ball to hand it right back to the Ducks’ offense. The Trojans do not take advantage of their defensive stop as their fumbling woes continue.

    10:06 p.m.

Another trick play for Riley and the offense. Zachariah Branch takes the end around from Caleb Williams for a gain of 21 yards. The Trojans need a score here to remain in the game.

    10:02 p.m.

Wow! The Trojans get their first stop of the game with 3:31 left to go in the third quarter. Finally some life in the USC defense.

    9:58 p.m.

With Autzen stadium rocking on a 4th & 3 for the Trojans in their own territory, Caleb Williams cannot get the snap off in time, as the officials call a delay of game and the Trojans are forced to punt. The Ducks take the ball over on their 33-yard line with a chance to make this game a three-score game.

    9:47 p.m.

    Touchdown Ducks.

Box Nix throws his second touchdown of the night to Tez Johnson, as the Ducks lead 29-14. There was some sort of miscommunication with the defense as Johnson was wide open in the end zone. Nix was 9-for-9 on that drive for 71 yards.

    9:39 p.m.

We are back from the half as former USC wide receiver Gary Bryant Jr. returns the kick 32 yards for the Ducks, but an Oregon penalty brings them back to the 15-yard line.

    9:17 p.m.

    End of the first half.

Bo Nix takes a knee to send the game to halftime. The score remains 22-14 with the Ducks ahead. The Trojans are holding onto their Pac-12 championship game hopes, but just barely.

    9:13 p.m.

    TOUCHDOWN TROJANS.

Caleb Williams takes it in himself for a 2-yard rushing touchdown. Following the extra point to make the score 22-14, the Trojans have somehow remained within striking distance, only a touchdown and two-point conversion away from tying the game. If the Trojans can hold for the 0:12 left in the half, they’ll likely feel a lot better about how this game looks at the half than they thought they would around five minutes ago.

    9:11 p.m.

Huge completion from Caleb Williams to Tahj Washington for a gain of 59 yards, setting the Trojans up for a 1st and goal opportunity on the 3-yard line.

    9:05 p.m.

    Field Goal Ducks.

Following another huge play from the Ducks offensively, a 63-yard catch and run by Troy Franklin, the Trojan defense holds the Ducks to a field goal. The Ducks extend their lead to 22-7, but the Trojans stay within two scores with one more opportunity to go on offense before halftime. 1:59 remains in the half.

    8:55 p.m.

Trojans can’t overcome a 13-yard loss on first down and they are forced to punt for the third time. Punt turns out to be a beauty of a 48-yarder from Eddie Czaplicki and the Ducks will be pinned on their own one-yard line.

    8:50 p.m.

Facing a 3rd & long in USC territory, Caleb Williams scrambles and finds Tahj Washington for a huge first-down conversion for the Trojans.

    8:40 p.m.

    Touchdown Ducks.

It’s Bo Nix’s third touchdown pass already as he finds his tight end Terrance Ferguson for a 15-yard touchdown to give the Ducks another score. USC stops the Ducks from converting the two-point conversion, but are still facing a huge deficit, 19-7. Nix is putting up Retro Bowl numbers in the first half with five completions for 184 yards and the three scores.

    8:39 p.m.

Max Williams with a big hit on Bo Nix to force the incomplete pass. Play was reviewed for targeting and it was determined that the hit was clean. Ducks have the ball on the Trojans’ 15-yard line.

    8:28 p.m.

At the end of the first quarter, it’s still 13-7 Ducks. The Duck offense will be facing a crucial 4th & 1 at midfield when we come back – a huge opportunity for the Trojans to swing the momentum if they can step up defensively.

    8:24 p.m.

Caleb Williams visibly frustrated as his pass attempt on 3rd & 15 falls incomplete, forcing the Trojans to punt once again. After a penalty on the Trojans, the Ducks will start their drive on their own 25.

    8:17 p.m.

    Touchdown Ducks.

It’s Deja Vu in the worst way for Trojan fans as Troy Franklin breaks free for an 84-yard catch-and-run all the way to the end zone to give the Ducks the lead. Huge missed defensive opportunity for the Trojans as they had the Ducks facing a 3rd & 13 deep in their own territory. The Ducks did miss the extra point attempt, however, giving the Trojans the opportunity to take the lead if they can respond with a touchdown and convert the extra point themselves.

    8:09 p.m.

    TOUCHDOWN TROJANS.

In his return to the lineup, MarShawn Lloyd powers into the end zone for a 5-yard touchdown, capping off an impressive 10-play, 75-yard response drive by the Trojans. Denis Lynch’s extra point evens the score at 7-7.

    8:07 p.m.

Caleb Williams isn’t fazed following a big loss, as he rolls right and finds Dorian Singer for a huge 44-yard gain that puts the Trojans in the red zone.

    8:00 p.m.

    Touchdown Ducks.

Oregon quarterback Bo Nix hits Tez Johnson with a quick pass, and Johnson breaks a couple tackles and sprints all the way to the end zone for a 77-yard touchdown giving the Ducks a 7-0 lead. Can’t imagine a worse start for the post-Grinch era of the Trojan defense.

    7:55 p.m.

The Trojans are forced to punt after a huge 8-yard sack by the Ducks. Oregon will start their drive at their own 17-yard line.

    7:50 p.m.

It’s a trick play! Caleb Williams throws it to Mario Williams who pitches it back to Caleb. Caleb Williams gets a nice 15-yard gain and a Trojan first down.

    7:48 p.m.

The Ducks crowd brought the energy tonight, and it forced the Trojans to take their first timeout merely a little over a minute into the game.

    7:43 p.m.

USC has won the toss and elected to receive. A chance for the Trojans to get out to a fast start and gain some momentum against the dangerous Ducks.

    7:14 p.m.

We are roughly 30 minutes from kickoff between the USC Trojans and the No. 6 Oregon Ducks. It will be a battle here at Autzen Stadium between two of the best offenses in the country, the Ducks ranked No. 2 nationally in total yards per game and the Trojans ranked No. 8 in that category. Stay tuned for live updates.
