In a statement to the Daily Trojan, Facilities Planning and Management wrote that the Quad — which hosted the weekly Trojan Farmers Market, concerts and other events in previous semesters — would remain blocked off until early April.

FPM is currently replanting the grass, which will take about a month to take root and grow once the sod is planted. No events will be held on the Quad until the grass regrows.
