Arab artists from USC and beyond display their work
Towering displays featuring art from Lebanese, Palestinian, Turkish and Moroccan artists surrounded the field of Argue Plaza as part of the Middle Eastern and North African Student Assembly’s art exhibit, “Echoes of Generations,” on Thursday.
The exhibit is the second in MENASA’s slate of events celebrating Arab American Heritage Month in April, which also includes a Lamp Mosaic Workshop on April 9 and a workshop to make ma’amoul — a butter cookie filled with dates, walnuts or pistachios often eaten during holidays — April 11.
