Election

On Nov. 6th at 2:35 a.m. The Associated Press named Donald Trump as the president-elect in the race for the 47th president of the United States of America. After months of candidates campaigning, voters contemplating and journalists reporting on an intense race, it all ended in those early morning hours. Within USC, students had been preparing for the election in their own ways, both on the Democratic and Republican sides. Tuesday night and Wednesday morning the country and the University stood uncertain, celebratory and terrified. Daily Trojan staff photographers Marissa Ding and Fin Liu, alongside Deputy Photo Editor Tai Lyn Sandhu with contributions from photo editor Henry Kofman, took cameras to the campus to capture the tumultuous evening and that which followed.
