THE WEEKLY FRAME II — WEEK 12
Filmed on Campus
Photos by JAKE BERG, MARYAM RAHIMIE & TAI LYN SANDHU
USC is home not only to the No. 1 film school in the country but also to some of the settings of many of the No. 1 films to have ever been made. From “Forrest Gump” (1994) to “The Social Network” (2010) and “The Graduate” (1967), the University has taken part in portraying itself and many other schools through the power of movie magic.
It is not uncommon for a student to pass by an HBO set on the way to class or stumble into the same spot where BoJack Horseman and Vance Waggoner found themselves while students rushed to get Dole Whip at Parkside Restaurant.
Staff photographers Jake Berg and Maryam Rahimie along with Arts & Entertainment Deputy Photo Editor Tai Lyn Sandhu took to campus with just a small slice of the many iconic scenes for this week’s “The Weekly Frame: Filmed on Campus.”
