Every night, as the sun begins to set, blazing beams of sunlight fade and pave the way for the night’s stars to shine. The humid air of the long day calms as the sun’s radiance on our skin melts into soft rays, accompanied by rewarding, cool breezes. This time of transition from the day’s heat to the mellow night is known as “golden hour,” and is symbolic of summer’s exit for fall’s arrival.
The changing of seasons is near, and with a new semester upon us, the Daily Trojan’s Fall 2025 photo section is proud to present “The Weekly Frame IV.” Seasoned staff photographers Braden Dawson and Joy Wang contribute to this issue, setting out to capture the beautiful scenery of the golden hour at USC.
