USC accepted about 3,800 students through early action for the Class of 2030, preliminary data from the Office of Admissions showed.

More than 40,000 students applied by the Nov. 1 early action deadline, resulting in a 9.5% acceptance rate — the highest in the last three years. USC admitted approximately 7.2% of early applicants to the Class of 2028, a figure that increased to 8.3% for the Class of 2029.

USC first implemented an early action option for the Class of 2027’s application cycle, though the Daily Trojan did not obtain that data in time for publication.
