Past and present
ETHAN THAI
As one of the oldest universities in California, USC has been welcoming students for well over a century. Throughout its longstanding existence, many areas on campus have developed while maintaining their iconic and historic presence. These spaces will only continue to evolve and transform over time while preserving the history and traditions that define USC, connecting the institution’s rich past with the current students who experience it today. By using photos of the past and the campus of the present, staff photographer Adrian Jao visually bridges these eras in this issue of the Daily Trojan Magazine.
