Fans gathered outside of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum as early as 3:30 a.m. on Saturday to watch ESPN’s College GameDay. ESPN broadcasted its pre-game coverage of Saturday’s football games from the Coliseum. No. 4 Stanford edged the Trojans 56-48 in triple overtime.

Loved seeing The Stanford Band and Tree on GameDay.
I love their free spirit and energy. I know many students at USC wish that they had had the grades to get into a school like Stanford.

3.9 GPA, and chose not to apply to Stanford. Why? Because when I visited and talked to students, this happened with nearly every single one.
1.) I ask what they like about Stanford.
2.) They give a 15 second response and then ask what other schools I am applying to.
3.) I mention USC on my list
4.) They go on a 5 minute rant about why I should never go to USC. In other words, they spend more time why I shouldn’t go to SC than why I should go to Stanford.
