House swap

The Zeta Beta Tau fraternity moved into the old Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house on The Row this fall. Pike decided not to renew the lease on the house it had occupied since 2005, citing landlord problems. Pi Kappa Phi now lives in the former ZBT house.
