David Kang, director of the Korean Studies Institute at USC, speaks at the Liberty of North Korea (LiNK) meeting Monday.  He described the current situation between North and South Korea as “the new Cold War” because of the tension between the two countries, but doubts North Korea will experience a revolution like those in Libya.
