Seto to be named defensive coordinator at UCLA

After one year in Seattle, Rocky Seto is headed back to Los Angeles.

This time, he will be the new defensive coordinator for UCLA.

Serving as the defensive quality control coach for Seattle this past season, Seto was recently promoted to help coach the Seahawks secondary on Jan. 18.

The Seahawks clinched the NFC West in the last week of the regular season, and pulled off an improbable upset by defeating the reigning Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Before moving to the NFL, Seto served a total of 11 years on the USC staff, helping with the linebackers, secondary and as the defensive coordinator for the Trojans most recently during the 2009 football season.

A press conference is scheduled for tomorrow.

I thought the DT covers USC topics per se? Who cares what goes on in Westwood? this is classic inferiority complex syndrome. Unless Westwood does something that involves us directly, then who cares?

You got Arty above, using words like “bullsh’t” and you DT mods don’t a thing about it.

The DT needs to start requiring everyone who comments to enter a valid email; this way the comments will be more civil.

If true, this has too be the biggest bullshit hire in the history of UCLA football, and that is saying a LOT.
