Arianna Huffington named baccalaureate keynote speaker

The ceremony will take place May 14 at Bovard Auditorium.

Co-founder of HuffPost and wellness advocate Arianna Huffington will be the keynote speaker at the baccalaureate ceremony, the University announced in a press release Tuesday morning. The baccalaureate ceremony is a non-denominational celebration in the lead-up to mainstage commencement.

Huffington is the founder and currently serves as the CEO of the workplace well-being company Thrive Global. She has also written multiple books about wellness that made The New York Times Best Sellers list. 

The baccalaureate ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. May 14 at Bovard Auditorium and will also include speeches from University officials and religious leaders.
