After missing most of the 2025-26 season with an injury, USC men’s basketball senior guard Amarion Dickerson will enter the transfer portal, 247Sports reported Monday. On the women’s team, sophomore forward Vivian Iwuchukwu, junior forward Gerda Raulušaityte and junior forward Yakiya Milton have all entered the portal, according to On3.

Dickerson, a transfer from Robert Morris University who spent one season with the Trojans, played in just eight games before suffering a season-ending hip injury in December. Dickerson’s injury was one of several that plagued the USC roster for much of the season, along with junior guard Rodney Rice, who has yet to announce his status for the 2026-27 campaign.

The former Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year was a critical part of the Trojans’ otherwise lackluster defense, which allowed the second-most points per game in the Big Ten this season. Before his injury, Dickerson put up 4.6 points and 3.4 rebounds per game, and his 21.6 minutes per game were the most on the roster outside of USC’s starters. He also helped the Trojans capture the Southwest Maui Invitational title in November with 11 points and 14 rebounds across the final two games.

Iwuchukwu, Milton and Raulušaityte are the latest additions to a growing exodus of the USC frontcourt, joining junior forward Dayana Mendes’ departure last weekend. Along with redshirt freshman Laura Williams, the five forwards competed for a single lineup spot throughout the 2025-26 season, with each averaging between seven and 15 minutes per game.

With the imminent arrival of five-star forwards Sitaya Fagan and Sara Okeke, none of the outgoing Trojans would have been likely to see significant playing time next season. Williams, the only would-be returner of the five, has yet to enter the portal thus far. Down the stretch, she appeared to become Head Coach Lindsay Gottlieb’s top option, starting in each of USC’s final 10 games.

Iwuchukwu appeared in all but one of the Trojans’ 32 games this season, including 11 starts, and averaged 2.6 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. The sophomore shot 49.2% from the field, the highest clip of any USC player.

Raulušaityte put up similar numbers in 32 games, averaging 2.2 points and 2.8 rebounds. A Lithuanian native, Raulušaityte played one season at USC after transferring from LCC International University, where she was named the 2024-25 Lithuanian Women’s Basketball League MVP.

Rounding out the trio of departures, Milton saw limited time on the court in her lone season with the Trojans after two years at Auburn. The junior averaged seven minutes per game across her 16 appearances, averaging 2.2 points per game on a team-low 29% shooting percentage.
